BV at the Kuala Lumpur Taylor’s University, FoodBiz Workshop 2015

Learn the tricks & Avoid the pitfalls

Thanks to the renowned Mise en Place malay magazine, Besser Vacuum presented its best seller products during the FoodBiz Workshop 2015 event taking place last August, 20 & 21 at the prestigious Lakeside Campus of Taylor’s University in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia).

Besser Vacuum, beside worldwide famous brands such as Rational, Irinox and Meiko, held a live demo on its valued vacuum packaging machine Eos followed by a live cooking presentation of its thermo-circulator Vacook™.

Tenths of professionals – restaurants and café owners, hotel purchase managers as well as food stores & catering managers – attended the event to discover advantages and benefits of vacuum preservation.

The well-known chef Mr Daniel Kang by Allied Foodservice carried out a demo on sous-vide cooking by showing how chicken breast, beef steak and salmon fillet enhance their tastes and tenderness through this advanced cooking technique.

Sous-vide cooking is the innovative border of the kitchen industry, whereby freshness, tenderness and quality of the food is safely preserved within properly certified vacuum cooking bags, just like BV tested ones.

Attendants of the event could finally enjoy a bite of such delicious food tasting directly from the pouch, without need of regenerating it in the pan.

Besser Vacuum is becoming more and more popular among Asia Pacific countries and the success deriving from such event was confirmed by its reflections on local press.
